+ What makes you different from every other design center?

The quality speaks for itself but we take pride in our consistency and outstanding client support. Many design centers are either too big to take the same amount of time and care for you or too small to keep up with the updated new products each year. Any questions, feedback or even kind words are always heard and taken care of by our support team and designers. You will feel like we are part of your team rather than an outsourced design center.

+ What is the turnaround time for designs?

  1. 2-5 hours for rush cases*
  2. 24 hours (but you usually have them back within 12 hours) for regular cases*

+ What is the calibration period?

The calibration period is the first week you start using the design portal for us to ensure that all your preferences are taken into account. Our team will check-in with you and collect any constructive feedback you have such as occlusion settings, copings and more! You can also speak directly with the design center’s lead designers for more technical feedback.

+ How much does it cost?

+ What files do I need for the digitally mounted models?

We recommend submitting the following files to get the most accurate model:

  1. Clean STL
  2. Full face retracted with facial reference glasses
  3. 45 degree retracted backward tilt with facial reference glasses

+ Where do I put in my credit card details?

  1. Log into your account
  2. Click on your name in the upper right hand corner
  3. Select payment details from the drop down

+ What do I get back from the design center?

You get back a print/mill ready file that you can then use for fabrication.
